Most do not grow back, but a few, such as peas, can grow back if they aren't cut too short. So in most cases, I re-seed weekly.

The varieties on the website are the varieties that are available for online order. If a variety isn't listed, it may be one that I don't grow or one that I'm not growing that week. 

Yes, you can message me to request a variety. Depending on whether I have the growing space, correct environment, and whether I believe other customers will also be interested, I may add your suggestion to my available products. 

If you are looking for a 10x20 flat, please email me as I will likely be able to accommodate that. If you are looking for a smaller size of live microgreens that is not something I have currently, but I would love to know if you are interested so I can potentially offer this in the future.

If you are a restaurant owner, please contact me and let me know what you're interested in. I can deliver to you if you are in my delivery radius, and will offer special pricing for bulk orders. 

I do not charge a delivery fee currently. 

Home delivery orders currently have an 11pm Thursday night cut-off and are delivered on Saturday. So if you order after Thursday at 11pm your order would be delivered on Saturday of the following week.

The minimum order for delivery is $9.
