How to eat microgreens
Helenna SnowdenShare
Microgreens have the highest nutrients when eaten raw, so they are great as a garnish added right before digging into your favorite dish. Mild microgreens, like clover, can be added when you don’t want to change the flavor of your food as much. They can add a crisp, fresh flavor and can even go in smoothies or pestos.

If you want to add some extra flavor, go for a spicy microgreen like radish. It’ll give your dish a kick of flavor as well as nutrients. Great on tacos or sandwiches, and also a fun addition to salads.
Moderately strong flavors like kale, broccoli, kohlrabi, and beet microgreens can be added to just about any dish! Try them on pasta, salad, sandwiches, and wraps. Tacos are also great, and so are eggs. I like to add mine to breakfast tacos!
You can even add microgreens to pizza, but only after baking. Microgreens can be added on top of soup right before eating, and also rice or other meals. Really, they are so versatile that you can put them on almost any food! Send me a message and let me know how you like to eat your microgreens!
